It would look much better if it did not have the side extractors. Might sell more if it just had the center ones

I think it would look better if it was just the center piece, instead of the other 2 vents on the sides.

Damn it.
When I clicked this thread I thought it was going to be an L88 style hood like McNord made for his car. Now THAT would be a hood that would sell, this one, well, I see it not selling so much.

X2

Why doesnt anyone offer a decent L88 style hood? Dammit!
Im leanin towards a Sunoco at the moment.

I think this hood is decent, I'd like to see it on a car....definately not a vintage style, more of a "tuner" style...

It reminds me of a Mecham hood. Either way I don't like it.

I'll reserve judgement until I see it on a 98-02.

I would like to see some type of 98-02 camaro hood that is similar to the '67-69 camaro ss hoods they had the 8 square vents. Except the vents would need to be bigger to fit the look of the car correctly...and taper to be wider at the windshield end so they follow the angular lines of the 98-02 hoods better (so it doesnt just look like square vents on a pointed hood). The vents could be molded in with stainless trim or no trim at all, just a fiberglass ridge that looks like the trim for a cleaner look. And no fake shallow cowl either.

I think if done right, it would look nice on these cars.

If you made a hood that looked like this basically the 98-02 WS6 hood with those heat extractors I would buy it in a second!
