door panel differences

I was looking at some random cars and i noticed that this one 95 trans am had different door panels. I have never seen these before, i have door panels in my 93 that are like the second pic. Where there optional door panels or was it radio related?

heres what my 93 panels look like (i thought all 93-02 birds had these)

As far as I know it was either leather or cloth, cloth being cloth seats etc. and leather being with leather seats. no one had suede unless done by the owner.

im not really pointing out the differences in the cloth inserts, i am trying to figure out what the deal is with the difference in the speaker surround/map and drink holder in the door panel

it's just the optional sound setup. the one on the top is the basic run of the mill with no upgrades. the one that you have, has the tweeter speaker. most birds look like yours. mine does.
