Need pictures/tips on installing Trans cooler
That's what I want to see. I want to run steel braided lines and AN fittings....ANYONE? ANYTHING??

While I couldn't get the hose to stop slightly leaking (well not leaking really by very little out slowly that airflow from the highway smears a little around)
I cut the stock transmission input line (return from the 24,000 GVW cooler back to the transmission) where the bump (to assist with the cheezy hose clams GM uses) with a pipe cutter.
I then put -5AN flare tube and -5AN flare nut on the and then flared the pipe and then put a -5AN to -6AN adapter on it, then I took a hi pressure hydraullic hose (supplied with the B&M 24,000 GVW cooler kit) and attached to the -6AN hose connector. Then connected it all together. Doesn't it look cool...
Mine used to leak, too. At first, it leaked a lot. There would always be drips on the garage floor because I had these crappy barb fittings that I used and thought they would work. Then I replaced them with some nice barb fittings and put two hose clamps at each joint where the hose hooked to a barb. Still leaked slightly then, the hoses were just damp with fluid around the connections. When I got my Yank transmission, which runs lower line pressure than my stock trans with the shift kit and upped line pressure on LS1 edit, the leaking completely stopped.
Here are two good sites for you to take a look at:
