Default 05 GTO stall converter Help

Ok, I've been running my current setup since may. I can't help but think my stall converter is holding me back. I was supposed to be a 4k stall. It footbrakes to 3500 and flashes to about 5200-5500. I have a Texas Speed LS3 427 stroker with their P&P L92 heads milled to 64cc, L76 intake and injectors. My cam is a crane 632/632, 250/266, 112lsa. I was told by TSP that my compression is around 12.2 to 1, based on the build. So far I have only been able to manage a 11.52 at 117.34mph on a 1.59 60ft. To me I should be going much faster. When I had it dynoed I only put down 502/444 to the wheels, which based on other similar setups is quite low. Could my stall be holding me back enough to slow me down? Should I look into a different stall? Any advice would be great. I would like to get my car on the right track and run some quicker times next spring.

Foot brake seems about right. Now what its flashing too does not. Should be flashing to 4,000 if its a 4,000 stall. I have a 3600 and can only foot brake to 2800. You cant foot brake what your stall is rated to.
