what are the best mods for a Auto Ws6 2001 .
and what are your 1/4 mile tims on auto.

 

stall of 3200-3600 and gears

and of course basic boltons-intake/exhaust///

mods in sig...best so far is 12.4 @112mph but crappy 60 of 1.9 so still so more in her!

 

3600 Stall at the least. I'm going with a Yank PT/SS 4000. Whichever I get cheaper.

 

stall L/T full exhaust cam heads and all the stuff needed for it to take in the extra air

 

3500 stall or more, nitrous,gears,cutout, and a good set of tires...The stall is the most important though!!

 

since the auto has small gearing should i go for 3.42 or 3.73 gears

if its still a daily dirver more or less, id lean towards the 3.42's. I have 3.73's, ss3500, and TQRIII cam and its hard to not notice the gas gauge actually move when i go WOT.

on top of that, ive heard from most people that have made the jump that the difference performance wise between 3.42's and 3.73's wasnt as much as they thought

 

3500-4000 stall is a great start. Don't forget the tranny cooler.

Stock I ran 13.5 @ 103.

Lid, catback and SSRA only I ran 13.1 @ 106.

With a Lid, catback, SSRA, LT headers, ORY, ported TB and TCI SSF3500 stall I ran 12.3 @ 109.

With boltons, 4400 stall, fast 90, streetsweeper cam and 4.10 gears I run:

But get a stall and transmission cooler first. It makes the car way more fun to drive.

 

i saw a bone stock auto ws6 at the track last weekend. 13.7 at 103mph.

 

My brothers bone stock 01 Formula ran 13.2 @ 104 W/ a 1.98 sixty
