Default Help! Trans won't downshift at WOT and TC won't lock up

It was working fine before I swapped out my head gaskets on my 2000 WS6. Downshifted at wot no prob and the TC would lock up fine. Me and a friend of mine take the car apart, change the head gaskets, upgraded my valve springs, slap the heads back on, take the car for a drive, and that problem happens. We only took the heads off. Why would the trans act up now? Is there something stupid that I'm overlooking? The fluid level is fine.

Funny you should say that. I've had so many TPS problems with this car over the passed few years. I'll replace it and a few months later the code pops back up. I just put a new one in it in the spring time. When I rev it in neutral it reves fine to the moon. When I launch at the track or floor it while driving it feels like it has half power and no downshift.

OK so does it change out when you bump the gears? Try this.Get in it and drive it and go and start in 1st then mach the gas half way and let off and bump it to 2nd real quick and hurry and mash the gas to the floor.then Bump it again doing the same.If it doesnt work it could probably be a master valve sealing gasket..
