How much power am I losing
If its not slipping none the age and miles would not make any difference

My 4l60e went out three times this year. My car is stock internals. Not even headers. Not this month, maybe next month. just get a new one when it goes. Don't get it rebuilt. By a remanufctured and dyno tested one like from Frank or FLT.
