Default Transmission shifting problems, Help?

Okay, it doesn't do this all the time but, when I am on it hard and it shifts from 2nd to 3rd, around 95mph, it seems to want to shift and then hesitates and I can feel it kinda like its slipping and not wanting to shift. It will shift but there is a weird hesitation there. It's hard to explain, but it is starting to concern me. The car has 70k miles on it. I bought it about two months ago, so not sure of any pre-existing problems. Any ideas?

wait until you get your tune by TSP.. that might clear it up.... if not then you might have a problem.. but if it is your tranny slipping, it wouldnt just do it sometimes, it would do it all the time...

problems dont come and go... they come and stay.

Yeah, I just hope it's something that doesn't end up costing me a lot of money, but, such is life.

just take it easy until you get it to TSP.. when it comes to things like that it is hard to tell without feeling it... id see if the tune helps.... also get someone at TSP to drive it when they do your installs..

im thinking it has to do with the shift points.... definitely let someone at TSP check it out before it hits the dyno..

I'm thinking your right on that. The tranny doesn't slip any other time and it doesn't make any noise and feels pretty strong, except for when it does that and it's just that shift.

i highly doubt there is a major problem... i honestly wouldnt worry about it too much... will it do it if you car is cold and been sitting overnight and you pull out on the road and kick it all the way through 3rd gear.... or is it just when you have been driving it around and then kick it?

I'm not sure, I will check that out as soon as I get a chance.
