Re: TCS you need to step -up! I've been trying to get ahold of TCS too for over a month. I ordered a Phoenix Pro converter which is in the car, but am having a vibration problem. Looks like the converter is unbalanced - apparently I'm not the only one having the same problem. Also, I think the car should be stalling out a little higher than it is.
If anyone has anymore info on what is going on over please keep

Re: TCS you need to step -up! Linda, if you have the ability to contat Derek or Vannessa please ask them to call me at their earliest convenience. Or just let them know that we need to know what the status is regarding current orders.

He is no longer with TCS.
All TCS business enquiries should be directed to JC (his dad, owner of the the company) or Vannessa (his sister).
I tried to leave a message at 800-284-8606 but had difficulties. I would like to speak to Vannessa.
If none of us talk to JC or Vannessa by Friday that would not be acceptable to me.

Maybe you should call Derek back and get some home or alternate phone numbers for his other family members. I think he would know how to get a hold of his own father or sister. Re: TCS you need to step -up! Here is my take on this subject.
I have left 4 or 5 messages myself in the last 2 weeks. No return call. So did a TON of other people and NO REPLY. They do not intend to reply. Seems aweful suspisious to me. Can you say chapter 7 or just plain bankrupt? That's my guess.

Re: TCS you need to step -up! i just filed my dispute with paypal it said that they had 10 days to respond or they would get my refund but what sucks is i have to pay a percent just to get my money back.looks like bankrupt to me.guess i have to save and buy a Yank

this is why i always pay with a credit card. call the credit card company and dispute the charge if its within the last 6 months.

I am just hoping and praying that I don't have any issues. If I do then I will just have to put my stocker back in until I can save enough money to buy another converter. **** happens
