TCS you need to step -up! And let everyone know what is going on ,and when everyone will get there converters they have ordered. I was supposed to have mine two weeks ago,my car is down waiting on a converter I should have already.

I bought a TCI its installed. I wasnt going to wait for something that isnt ever going to happen. They tagged me for $420 Could have been worse. I think the administraters need to take an active role in helping to resolving this

Yes Derek has left, I just called his house, but TCS is not out of buisness from the impression I got, they have another owner. So lets not all get pissed at Derek himself, we don't know all the details of what happened. That means the new owner needs to step up, get his **** in line with all the orders and phone calls and start talking.

Re: TCS you need to step -up! The problem should be getting worked on tomorrow but it's not to say that they will get in touch with anyone either,just an effort to speak with the new boss. Only so much you can do when no one answers the phone or emails.

Re: TCS you need to step -up! well I already have my converter but i'm wanting to know if the 3 year warranty is still true. I mean so far so good, but if I do have a problem it's nice to know I can get it taken care of.

i ordered my converter from Derek on 9/3/03 and was told that i would be contacted when it was ready to ship.very good guy to talk to hope this turns out for the best.but i haven't been contacted yet either.Linda Cain please email me your car weight with your times in post and your mods if you don't mind.Dereck said we had pretty much the same set up.but you have the verter and i don't i ordered the Phoenix pro 4200 with 2.75 str i was just wondering where my cars weight would need to be to duplicate your times thanks

I filed mine online last Friday. According to them it should take 10 days for a refund. They already tried to contact them once with no help. TCS really needs to step up to the plate and voluntarily refund the money to those who request it. This is BS.
