Default weird T350 issue please help

ok this is a fairly new TCI T350 with around 2,000 miles on it and it has driven and shifted perfect the whole time i have had it.... i have a yank 3,600 stall on it and it has a 388 stroker with around 475hp at the flywheel so its not that much power... but anyways the last time i drove it the car was perfect and shifted fine and i parked it at home in my garage.... but today i was gonna take it out for a spin and noticed it wouldnt go into 2nd after it got going or go into 3rd... so i took it home and checked the fliud and noticed it was a little low but nothing serious and topped it off and then drove it around again and still the same problem..... then i was thinking maybe the vaccume hose coming from the carb to the tranny had a hole in it and checked it and it was good... if it was it it still should hav atleast shifted into gears with higher rpms but it still didnt....

so anyways all the sudden my car wont come out of 1st gear no matter how many rpms i try to shift it or even if i leave it in drive and try to auto shift it still nothing.... the tranny shoudl be in good shape stll and i dont have some crazy amount of power to kill this decent built T350 from what i would say.... can any of you guys help me understand what might be the problem????? thanks jake

Remove the governor cover and inspect the gears they are likely stripped or broken

No first I would just replace the governor or governor gear and inspect the tail housing bushing
