Problems with converters? i have enough to get a Vig. 3200 but my moms friends are telling her that it causes problems with transmission, rearend etc.. How can i persuade my parents into letting me get the converter?

That converter is a low risk to the trans as far as aftermarket converters go. Putting some nice Nitto DRs for driving around on the road will also be low risk to the rear end for the power you are making right now.
The risk to drivetrain components will start when you mount ET Streets with some more bolt ons and launch it on a well prepped track.
