Can I use a 4L70E in a 2000 Trans Am? Will all the electronics work with my LS1 computer. Will it mess with my tune any?

 

The electronics are a bit different if the 70 has an input speed sensor. However it will work without a problem. You will have to change the shift linkage shaft and maybe the tail housing if you are using a torque arm that is bolted to the tail housing. Vince

so all I have to do is change the shifter rod that goes into that transmission and it will work fine.
