Default vibration in drive

recently i put my jimmy into a ditch, since then it has developed a nice vibration in the forward gears at idle only, reverse is glass smooth, slight vibration in park but nothing like it is in the forward gears, its shifts fine, drives fine, no other issues other than this and the obvious cosmetic damage

its a 96 GMC jimmy 4.3/4l60e 2wd

The force of the engine twist the drivetrain and everything connected to it in different directions in reverse than in drive
