Changing a M6 to a A4?

Changing a M6 to a A4? What would all I need to change it over. I may be buying a 99 Z28 and it has a M6 and I prefer an A4. It will be a drag car sometime in the near future for the time being I would like to change it over. Thanks ahead of time.
Trans. bell. tail. converter, wiring harness, PCM RETUNE , CONSOLE SHIFTER Best bet a junker to get parts from

next question I have a Midwest 3000 stall converter in my 94 z28 can I use that in a A4 for an ls1 and if not could I send it back to Midwest to get it rebuilt for an ls1? Thanks

The converter are different, You would likely come out better just getting another converter and selling the one you have
