Default 4000 stall to big?

I am getting a 4000 stall with a performa built trans lvl 3 will it be to much for my car? I will also be spraying a 100 shot, But I am not sure if the 10 bolt will hold a 4000Stall with MT's. Its also a daily driver, I dont know how much I will like it but if I dont I will have to just change it out

What does everyone think?

My daily driver has a 5200 FTI converter and behaves fine on the street. You'll be fine.

10 bolt wont last long. What RPM are you shifting at and what gear do you have ?

You should be fine on the street. My 10 bolt is still hangin' in just fine. All it has is a stud girdle. Went 1.50 at the track last fall on DRs.

Its going to break eventually but depends how you hook. If you go to the track and hook great and spray off the line, your days are limited. On the street, you probably wont hook anyway. Stock rears are cheap, but I'd start saving for a better one.

I DD may car with my SS4000 and I wouldn't hesitate to go bigger. You will be just fine just don't spray out of the hole at the track and save for a rear.
