Default Ok...No 1st or 4th...

Hey Guys,

Ok, driving along today, car was running GREAT!

Stop at a light, take off, fine and dany. Stop at another light, and BAM...Lost 1st gear. Its barley wanting to move.

Drop the selector down into 2nd, and now I have a lil more oomph, get going pop it into O-D and well..just 3rd, no O.D.

Check the plugs at the tranny. They are working fine.

Get the scanner out, and get the P0785, also have the P1780 (IIRC) BTW I have a 4K fuddle stall.

So this means she is in limp mode? Do I need the 3-2 Solenoid? Or the 1-4?

Also, when I switch between R and D. Its not smooth at all, its pretty notchy, jerks the car.

BTW, I have a mildly built trans, Beast Sunshell, clutches, etc

po785 is a solenoid electrical code for the 3-2 solenoid ,I would start by replacing it,
The PO785 is why your setting limp mode
