Thumbs down 700r4...

I'm about done with this thing... acr in sig, 1991 Z28.

Car was running and driving fine, had too loose of a converter. I swapped the converter, nothing else. The fluid level is spot on, and the cable is properly adjusted. Now, it requires 2500+ RPM for a 1-2 shift, 3000+ RPM for a 2-3 shift, and I took it up to about 55 MPH, no OD. It shifts very violently now too. WTF?

Recheck the TV cable but sounds like you have a stuck throttle valve.

I'm thinking the cable might have gotten stretched out. I have it adjusted like it should be, still shifts all F'ed up. Off to hunt down a cable tomorrow and try that - it's cheap enough.
