Default what could be wrong?

after a heads, cam, and intake install my tranny doesnt shift correctly. when i drive the car normal, manual shifting, it has like a 2second delay to shift to the next gear. when wot, the rev limiter revs up to 6500rpms and seems to get stuck there...i have to let off the half throttle for it to shift. it does this on every gear. ive had a transgo shift kit in there for 4yrs now... also on spirited driving, on second gear the revs go up and down only on 2nd once it shifts.

1. do i need a new shift kit?
2. is my tranny going out?
3.does it need to have the shift points adjusted more.....i had them adjusted a bit with hp tuners.

I dont know what it can be ...your thoughts are appreciated.

I would agree on tuning with all those changes you have increased the rate of rpm rise, Changed what the MAF sensor sees as oposed to the TPS all of these things affect the way the trans is controlled and will affect the performance. But also until you get the tuning done avoid driving the car hard as damage to the trans could occur
