Help with picking a stall
450 or so Passes 18,000 miles and still rock solid.
Assume this unit has a stall of 3600 rpm? Sharp aren't I? Isn't that about 50% of the rpm where your vehicle is making power? Thats a rule of thumb for a street strip vehicle in my mind. Please also add more cooling capacity for the tranny.
When you get it installed don't tell anyone. Damn, I have no idea why my car is quicker on the street and the 1/4 mile.

this is my second yank and I wouldnt ride anything else... my cam is a little bigger than yours (232/234), so dave is spot on I would say a 3600 will make you more than happy.

i cant cant speak for the ss3600 but it would be my next choice if i wasnt considering selling my car and getting a c5z.
you wont be happy if you settle for a smaller converter trust me, hope this helps you
*edit*
my car is only driven in the summer , when i first bought the stall i was using my car daily and thought 3600 would be too much for daily driving so i settled on the 2800, and i was dissapointed pulling out of the shop parking lot. i really would hate to see someone spend the money and not be happy with their car.
