second cable coming off shifter?

second cable coming off shifter? Hey guys, got the TH400 installed (fourth gen camaro), and I'm attempting to swap the shifter for a B & M Hammer. I got the shifter select cable removed from the driver's side of the shifter, but on the passenger side of the shifter there is a second cable.
Anyone know what this cable is and where it goes to?
I tried finding it underneath the car and I can't tell where this cable is!

If I am not mistaken the second cable is the shifter lock , When the switch is off it will not allow the shifter to move.

ok dumb question i am in same boat..
just did m6 -a4 swap i bolted down teh shifter attached the cabel the goes to the tranny..and tis 2nd cable where does it plug into the column at?? trying to get a location idea..
im guessing that is the reason why my shifter wont move..
