Alright my car is hitting the rev limiter and not wanting to shift in time for some unknown reason. I tried dropping the shift point and raising the rev limiter with no luck so anyone have any ideas what this might be is it the tune or something else

I'll attach the last tune I out on it and the scan from that tune

 

By the way that was all done at the track the last tune went like this
60'-1.795
1/8-8.155 at 85.3
1/4-12.858 at 105.63

And sorry for the terrible grammer alittle tired but wanted to go ahead and post it up

 

Did you drop both the rpm and speed limit for the upshift? Also don't cross the shift lines such as he downshift at wide open thr. has to be lower than the upshift.

 

Is this in all gears or just the 2-3 , How old is the trans?

 

I have my shift speed set at o so that all it will read is the rpm"s.

So I need to raise my upshift? I figureed if I did that it would be all over the rev limter even more.

 

its the stock trans with 90000 miles on it and just put the stall in about 3 months ago.


And it goes it from 1-2 also

 

I would look at at the kickdown tables. MPH and RPM also make sure your allowing enough room for the shift to complete.

Okay I bumped the upshift to 6100 and the car ran strong I went 12.42 at 110 in the 1/4 and stayed off the rev limiter
