No WOT/partial down shift
Not from me.
I'd look into that TPS showing 83% max.
Can you take the air intake off and without it running log TPS and look at the throttle blade?
I guess I need to learn a bit about DBW.
I do have this magical ability of drawing attention to threads, but it leads to people calling me names and me getting banned over and over.
I may read into it some more, last night I compared your tune to a stock one, nothing jumped out at me. I'd raise the MPH limiter, no explaination as to why, but 98 or whatever it is seems low. maybe it's predicting it'll get there quick and cutting throttle blade angle.

It sounds exactly what I'm going through....
When I first put this motor in, I had someone running the pedal and looked at the TB, and it was opening all the way. The 83% thing is just a thing with HPTuners. I've found several threads on it and it comes down to something that I don't recall now - ie no big deal. Again, my Edge controller shows 0-100% TPS and so does other PID's in HPTuners, plus the voltages I get from it are completely in line with what GM says I should get (the quote a few posts above was from GM, not HPTuners)
I have it raised now and still no effect. I've been using a Beta version of HPTuners for a bit and I believe the only tune I have to share that is not in Beta, is that stock one your looking at.
just thinking out load here... Is it possible Speartech messed up my harness when they reworked it? What I'm wondering is if there is any information that is sent between the ECM and TCM to make shifts that I could possibly be loosing? Through HPTuners, I can see all of my sensors and they are working. But I'm wondering if there is something between them that I can't monitor that is getting lost.
Or what about from the trans/etc that I can't monitor?
Reason I ask, is I am looking at a pinout of the TCM and it has a VSS input - what's that for? And where does it get it's signal? And so on....
Anybody have a spare TCM laying around

Just to update:
I solved the issue with a 2wd tune for the ECM/TCM. I burned 2 HPTuners credit, but I'm more than happy now that I can put my foot to the wood and get some response!
Details:
I changed the VIN to a 2 wd Silverado, because there were never any 2wd Sierra's made - believe that? Then I put a 2wd Silverado tune in and viola! Fixed. Then I went ahead and tuned it up. Now I just need to keep making some changes to the shift pattern/firmness, as I don't care for the speeds it changes. IE I think 1/2 stay too long when taking off slowly. Under WOT, I think 2nd stays in too long as it feels like there is a flat spot there. Could be lack of fuel, though, so I need to look at my wideband and see if I go lean, but I don't think so.
