Just remember that you can't use a pinless accumulator piston in the 1-2 if you also use a Transgo shift kit. I didn't know this and now I have an extra one.

I rebuilt mine. It's on it's 3rd season untouched. It's 1st year was mid to high 11's. 2nd yaer started out low 11's and I ended the year running mid 10's. I've only been to the track once this season, but have made some changes andl a few pulls on the dyno after said changes. The car put down 643 rwhp through an unlocked vig converter. I'm planning on going to the track this coming tuesday to try and make a 9 sec pass.

Heres what I put in mine.
sleeved input drum
B/W dual cage sprag
Kolene steels
Alto Reds except for the 3/4. B/W High Energy for the 3/4 8 stack at .022
B/W low roller
Beast sun shell
GM 5 pinion planets front and rear
bearing style reaction carrier
new reverse drum
Alto wide carbon lined band
case saver
Sonnax wide bushing for the sun gear
All new bushings, bearings, and thrust washers
Sonnax check valve
Transgo shift kit, high rev pump rings/springs and capsule for the drum
rebuilt pump 10 vane
new 3rd accumulator capsule
clean and painted case.
all new seals and gaskets that come with a rebuild kit.
Sonnax pinless accumulators in all except the 1-2 due to the Transgo kit
new solenoids
I kept the stock servos cause with the transgo kit the 1-2 is plenty firm and I don't plan on doing alot of WOT 3-4 shifts
