Default yank th350 crossmember

hey guys, i just installed my th350 tonight, and ive got a question. It was a complete bitch to get the trans mount lines up with the yank crossmember, but I also noticed it seems to set the tail shaft of the trans up a good inch or so higher then my t56. Is this normal??? I also have a god awful suspension squeek coming from something under there now, and it wasnt there pre th350 install. Any info on any of the above would be helpful!!

What trans mount did you use?
the height is set to be correct when used with an early TH350 trans mount.
check your drive shaft / pinion angle to see if it is correct if your have a crossmember mounted TA.

How about giving us some part numbers for tranny mounts to use with the Yank TH 350 and TH 400 crossmembers? Rubber mounts in particular we would be interested in. Poly/solid stuff... that's all aftermarket.

That would be very helpful.

We see no need to use a solid or Poly mount
a stock 700r4 / 4L60-E Gm or parts store version from a 90s up GM truck will be fine
