vaccum at dipstick? help???

vaccum at dipstick? help??? ok guys when my car is in running and i try to pull the
dipstick out its very hard to pulle dit out and it has vaccum
behind it so i was wondering if there is a problem doesnt seem normall
to me trans has 90K ITS IN A 01 TRANS AM and occasionally
im eatting a quart of trans fluid about every 5k miles fluid is bright red
and shifts perfect wierd situation that has boggled my mind for some time now wondering if u guys had any ideas i did a ls1 swap and hooked up the vacum line on top of the trans was that maybe my mistake?

you have a vaccume line hooked to your vent
