Default Delay in Shift

I started to noticed my 1-2 and 2-3 WOT shifts are delayed quite a bit.

I have them set with EDIT @ 6000, but EFI doesn't show the shift till 6600-6800.
Once in a while it will shift @ 6000

Is my tranny going out??

Shift adaptation time and "firmness"
(pressure) affect the speed of shifting.
I guess fluid level does, too, and this
would be the first thing to check if you
are noticing a sudden change in behavior.
I believe "load" makes some effect on line
pressure and line pressure makes the
shift slower (have to relieve current apply
pressure before cycling to next) so there
can be some day-to-day, shift-to-shift
variation in cycle time. The shift kits that
make you drill holes & other mechanical
mods are aimed at this in part.

First thing I checked was the fluid. It was fine. I don't have a problem with it shifting a bit later. I can compensate it with EDIT. Just want to make sure my tranny was not going out.
