Default vig 3200 and bolt ons, what to expect?

What kind of 60' and et can I expect? Converter feels just about as loose as my old ss4000 but the shift extensions is a little less. My car will have headers, ory, catback, ls6 intake, shift kit and set of 15" wheels. Hoping for 1250s?

12.50's should be no problem. I ran that consistently with the same converter, LTs, and full weight.

I agree, I think that converter should be good for a high 1.5XX to mid 1.6XX 60 ft is you dead hook off idle.

My 2002 Z/28 ran 12.10 @ 112 with a 3200 vig, bolt ons, and 16" DR's. I've got a set of Bogarts now, so I think it will squeak into the 11's with them and a few more tweaks to the tune, with good air. I really like the converter.

Mid to low 1.6s would be great. I just went out with the new wheels on it and it feels pretty strong down low.

the trick to cutting that low of a 60 ft with a full weight street car is getting the car moving from a dead stop. I can roll into mine or even downshift into first at 20 mph and it dead hooks. Getting it to explode off the line and dead hook is completely different. That converter is gonna smack DRs upside the head and they dont like that very much. You need the weight transfer, a sticky track and skilled driver to cut 1.6xx on DRs.

1.8-1.9 60ft and 108mph. It defiantly had more in it.

my edge 3200 cuts high 1.6XXs leaving at 2K. Off idle i bet i could cut that down to low 1.6xx or high 1.5xx.

so you guys are suggesting the car will leave harder if it hooks off idle and just flooring it rather then stalling it up a bit first?

Every stall likes different methods...try all of them and see what works best for you

Im not getting my hopes up for a 1.6x, my old ss4000 cut those kind of 60 foots and this doesnt feel nearly as strong out of the whole.

My car cut 1.65 60' with 16" DR's and fronts. Stock suspension. I'm pretty sure it will cut 1.60 60's at least with the lighter wheels and tires bolted up.

Well the car was a turd. Best 60 was 1.78 dead hooking. ET was anywhere from 12.87 to 13.02 and mph was 102-107.

Sounds like you have more problems than a converter. Good luck with your car.

Yea no kidding. This converter just didnt hit as hard off the line as I would have hoped. I want to just get an ss4000 or pt4000, I know those will perform. I think it needs a themostat or coolant change also, it shouldnt stay at 210 degrees I am sure that wasnt helping.
