Default Rebuilding/Restalling Stock Converter

Good or bad idea? My old man told me to just try it out since its well less than half the cost of a yank ss3600. Has anyone else tried this with positive results?

The problem is the diameter. 12" is to big for a good stall. You can adjust a few things, but the most you will get is 2300-2500. Not enough of a performance gain considering the labor to install. I of course would suggest a Circle D performance converter. Be glad to talk to you and help you select a converter.

well tell your dad the yank ss3600 is prolly quite a bit lighter and has a solid billet front plate. You cant do that to the stocker at home in the garage.
