Circle D 2C or 3C stall
There is a fair amount of stuff about stalls in that range from other manufacturers when I search so that is why I am asking specifically one brand here. Also I live in Houston so Circle D is local

I just want to know what people think about a 2C or a 3C which I think would be somewhat comparable in stall rating to a Yank SS3200 or SS3600 which there are a zillion opinions available via seach (for example).
I have an 01 Formula with LS6 cam and 243 heads/springs/valves that I got off an 03 Z06, Dynatech LTs, SLP Dual Dual, Fast Toys 85mm lid, GM 85mm MAF and the car came with 3.23s. Don't really have any goals necessarily other than fun
Car is a daily driver and I am not interested in any stall over about 3600 RPM and might lean more towards 32-3400. Also would not want one that felt too loose around town.I am not in a hurry to buy one. I mainly just wanted to learn a little more about these specifically because search didn't really turn up much.
I've also seen the 3c advertised to stall at different speeds.
My 3c is loose as **** around town, when I ordered it I specifically said I don't want a loose converter.

This is a stock weight Z28 with a full exhaust and lid, thats it, stock 3.23's, stock tire size. It dyno'd 325 hp. Runs 12.001 DA corrected or 12.3 on the slip. Driving normally it regularly sees 3000 rpm accelerating as needed to avoid pissing people behind me off.
