It will be locked up when cruising. When you go WOT it unlocks and the tranny downshifts.

Get the converter first. theres alot of different variables on computer controlled cars and a high stall converter that a tuner would never be able to just load a tune and have it perfect without testing the car.you may not even really need a tune but it is suggested to make sure your shift points are correct.

do your converter change before the tune as idle and lock up will need to be adjusted after the converter install.
