Default mvb 200-4r same charatertstics as mvb th350?

I'm curious if a mvb 200-4r behaves the same as a mvb th350-400? I'm looking at purchasing a rmvb for my 200-4r and was curious if, lets say, i'm cruising in 2nd and come up to a stop sign, do i need to shift to 3rd or even 4th before coming to a stop to avoid the decel in certain gears? With it being a 4 speed instead of a 3 speed, i'm hoping that i don't have to shift up to 4th every time before a stop. Anywho, any and all info would be appreciated!

Still curious. I've purchased a no engine compression tci reverse manual valve body for my 2004r. I understand the whole non-downshifting (to slow down) and coasting deal. However, i'm curious if i'll have to shift all the way to fourth at every stop?
