th400 shifters, lets see um I am going to have to get a reverse pattern shifter. If you guys can give me back some input on your shifters I'd appreciate it. Also could you tell me what modifications were required?

Really hard to do that. you prolly could but you would have to move the shifter up about 2inches or so, so it will work. Def. would have to be a trial and error thing.
I did mine that way and love the way it looks!

I used the stock bracket and cut out the factory shifter and welded my TH-400 shifter onto it.
Yes, you should be able to do the same with the pistol grip shifter.
