Default Installing ES poly mount tomorrow

What's the deal with "shaving the bumps"?

Any tips or tricks you guys used?
Any thing to watch out for?

thanks

I just used a bench grinder, it does help.

Pretty straight forward.. just grind off the little bumps.

Ok so I ground off the preload bumps with a bench grinder (worked great)and used the plate. Had to jockey the crossmember a bit to get things to line up. Works great. No more exhaust rattling. Cars seems more firm all around and the additional vibration is hardly noticeable. Matter of fact it doesn't bother me AT ALL.

Good deal in my opinion.

Thanks for all the help!!
