Default Need Help Please, Have question

I pulled my tranny because the 3rd gear clutches were burnt. Well now i have a problem i rebuilt the whole tranny with the TCI kit which included all new clutches, steels, bands, and shift kit etc. Well the tranny fluid was very brunt which was all in the stock converter and in the tranny. I drained all i could out of both, well now my problem is i am worried about the converter, i am sure it still has some burnt fluid in there and i am worried its going to ruin the new clutches and other new parts. What do ya'll think i should do? I dont have the money right now to put in a new stall. Will it be ok putting the stock one back in? Help would be appreciated.

You will put all that burnt up crap into your new trans.
You also should flush the trans cooler.
I would figure out how to get a new verter, or send the current one out to be flushed.
There where people drillin' holes & flushin' themselfs maybe a search will help.
