Is this kit acceptable to fix the 4l60e pump in my 99' trans am?

I'm pretty sure the converter broke a bolt and wobbled and then tore the pump rotor vane to shreds which would cause the trans to lose forward and reverse (right?)

Is this all I need to fix it (if that is indeed the problem)? How hard is it to remove the pump and fix this part? I had the shop do it last time and they charged me $300 to replace rotor. I looked into how to remove the pump and bellhousing, but i'm not sure what to do after I remove the pump (is everything right there or what)?
