Default which 4l60e converter?

the last thing i need to buy is a torque converter, for my 4l60e. my setup: a forged 383 lt1, i will shift a 7k. slicks, 3.73 gears, stage 4 4l60e, car should be 3200#s w/me, full suspension mods. i sold my tci 3000 converter. which one should i buy? 3600 or 4000 stall? im shooting for low 1.5 60's. thanks.

4000 for sure. I have a 3600 on medium bolt ons and i could really go to a 4000. With your mods definitely do 4000.

Well I'd like to know what the torque curve of this combo looks like. Bigger isn't always better, picking out the right converter is almost as hard as picking the proper cam. Do yourself a favor and call an expert.

Circle D 5C would be killer for your set up. Chris will custom build it for your LT1 set up. You won't be disappointed.
