Default Broken trans? lost all gears on dyno

I finished all the stuff i was doing to my car so I put the car on a dyno and they started to tune the car. they got as far as tuning the drivability and then started to make a full throttle pass. It made low power (that im not worried about) there was a dip in the hp curve then went back up till red line. Then they let the car cool down for about 5 mins before they started the car again and put in in "D" and nothing then "R" and nothing. during the pass it didnt make any noises that I could hear but now its as if the trans disappeared. any ideas? I read maybe converter? maybe trans pump? any other ideas let me know. also let me know your opinions on whether its worth fixing

Hey so I pulled that line off and it doesn't spray any fluid. So it is the pump I guess. Where can I get one

I just broke my 4th pump. The pump itself usually does not break, rather the rotor breaks. The parts to fix it are cheap ($45-60). It consists of a pump rotor, vanes, and o rings and little misc. parts. The problem is, something caused the pump to break, I don't think they just explode *****-nilly.

Mine broke because a bolt broke on the TC, then it broke because the converter hub had too much endplay ( the shop thinks!).

I'm sure the pro's will weigh in to correct me if I'm wrong.

Good luck.

If you're referring to the parts you need for the pump repair, it's a kit that has the pump rotor, ring, vanes, and o-rings. You should get the 13 vane kit instead of the 10.

They're pretty universal among 4l60e's, I ordered mine from a non-sponsor so I don't want to post it here. If performabuilt or another vendor has the parts or can recommend them than I would try to go with them.

It shouldn't cost more than $60 shipped.
