LS3 4L60E without ISS

Hello everyone,

I am swapping an LS3 with an F-body 4L60E into my C4 and just found out from Speartech that the LS3 TCM needs an input speed sensor to work.

What are my options regarding this? Is there anyway to retrofit an ISS into my 4L60E or anyway to make the TCM function without the ISS?

Just my luck as this is a very nice 4L60E....

I'm searching everywhere but not finding much...

yes you can install the input shaft and pump assembly along with the wiring harnes into the unit you have. its all a little pricey some 500-600 dollars in parts but yes the changover can be done.

You could sell the 4l60 and get a 4l70 out of a truck. It has the ISS.

There maybe a software patch that will allow you to use the trans as is.

Give me a day or 2 to check out its availbility.

Performabuilt modified the 4L65 I'll be using in my LS3 build.
