Cant pull the Dipstick

For some reason I cant pull the dip stick out to check the ATF. Anyone have any ideas why? It wont even budge

Just use a small flat head and slowly pry the rubber bushing out. When you put it back in put a little bit of petroleum jelly on it and it shouldnt stick again.
