You guys didn't specify exactly which Mickey's you are posting about, but I'm here to tell you that MT DR's most definitely can wrinkle a bit. And yes, remove "show off" big street rims like 17 or 18" when you go to the track. Get a good set of 15" racing wheels and appropriate sized MT's.

I have a buddy with a rear set of pro stars.. They are 15X8 (can fit plenty of tire under the car with them).. He would let them go for cheap.. Hit me up if you want them.

Sorry i meant the 17 inch drag radials. They have like a 2 inch sidewall. HAHA My 275/50/15 can get some wrinkle.

I have some of these FS if you are interested SSmoken.. They are already mounted and have tubes in them as well.. I cut bottom 1.5s high 1.4s on motor and my buddy has cut some low 1.4s on them.. They hook good.

Let me know if interested.

Not a clue... Going to go this year some time.. The way it was before I would assume mid 11s... With the current setup I would expect bottom 11s... Shooting for 10.XX.. In a decent DA of course..

Me and you have similar set-ups and goals. We need to go Steele as soon as it opens before it gets hot again

I know!!!!!! Bowling Green is actually a bit closer but I would go to Steele if you and Gomer and some people were going to be there.. I would have to find a way to trailer the car in case I blow the rear end.

When does Steele open?

No, doubt that...

That is Steele in your sig isn't it?

How is traction? 1.4s easily attainable? I will be running slicks.
