What is a good rpm to leave at with a 3600 yank convertor at the track

stall that biach as high as the brakes will hold...then hold on...

Take it to the track and try a few different ranges. I have had good times just launching it out of the hole. Holding it at certain RPMs didn't help my times.

yes! every car we run with an SS3600+ like to be on the foot brake as hard as possible.
