Getting ready for the 4l80e rebuild I'm getting ready to order everything for my 4l80e rebuild and I'm have trouble deciding which rebuild kit to order.
Their will be a max of 800rwhp though this trans and at first i was considering the Raybestos stage 1 red clutch packs but I'm not too sure i need to spend the money on these. Would i be fine with the Raybestos high energy clutches?
I'm also still undecided on carbon or standard bands, any recommendations?
any tips at all would be helpful thanks.

ok i just ordered high energy clutches w/steels and carbon bands
I also ordered the TransGo HD2 shift kit.
Is it absolutely necessary to get the 34 element sprag over the stock 16 element?
