So i have a th400 im putting in my car bought a tci flexplate and arp bolt kits for the flexplate and converter bolts....I put the converter bolts in and went to spin the converter to line the rest up and the bolt head hit the rear cover bolts ??? Why is this and whast the fix ?? anyone know please help me ??? Everything is new and i dont understand this problem im having and why ???

 

I have now heard of other people having this same problem so why dont the mods make it a sticky that these arp bolts dont work for some odd reason??? I tried to grind the heads off some and it was still really close and i was too scared.So iam now just going to ace and getting some nice bolts and washers and hope this fixes the problem and i have clearance still
