Question Upgrading flexplate at trans shop - should I upgrade anything else in that area?

I am having the rear main seal replaced (btw what brand is recommended is there an upgrade here?)

but is there anything else I should look into upgrading replacing in the area besides a torque converter?

Stock flexplates are crap, so an SFI flexplate is way better. Also you could throw a new front seal on the trans while its down.

would that be a good idea if the stock one is fine? I am not sure that it is but if it is would replacing it be cheap insurance down the road?

I always replace the front seal when the trans is down. If it starts leaking you would have to pull the trans for such a cheap item. Seems like a waste to me, so I replace them as cheap insurance.
