98camarors/ss

got my 98 z28 out of storage the other day. let it warm up this morning for the first drive. drove about 8 miles and all gears were working with no slipping of shift problems. then the third time i really got on it i lost third and fouth gear. it seems as if i run it up to about 45 in second gear and manualy shift second to third and the rpm would drop as if shifting when i let off the throttle. same with overdrive. i tried to see if putting it on cruise would help but would only rev up the motor. any ideas?

3-4 Clutch or forward drum. I thought mine was the clutch but it busted the forward drum.

sounds like the snap ring may have broken out of the 3-4 clutch set.
