Default Stall install advice

Me and my brother are about to install his 3500 stall in his 2000 WS6. The car has heads, cam, intake, slp headers, the rest is stock. Are there any parts that we should look into buying while having it half way torn apart during the install? Bolts, flexplate, tranny bushing, universal joint?

Be a good time to put a trans. cooler on, if the front pump seal or rear main seal are leaking it would be a good time to fix those as well. If his car has the stupid allen head converter bolts I would recommend swapping those for 6-point bolts, the allen head bolts strip easy.

Good advice thanks. Anyone else? Should we replace the stock flexplate? The car dynoed over 400hp as well so i dont know if that matters or not and has 90,000 miles.

I would replace the flexplate to an SFI unit. The stock ones are crap. And they are prone to cracking.

I put a TCI flexplate in when I did my stall, forgot about that. Heard of the stock ones cracking as well
