4L80E? or 4L60E?

I am looking into swapping to a 4L80E... what year vehicles can i get one from? how can i make it work in my 98 LS1 Camaro?(how to control it, and how to make it bolt up)
Or you think it would be a better route to get a great upgrade kit for my 4L60E and rely on that? i have a turbo car(stock shortblock)
i am looking for the cheapest way possible to make it work and i will be doing everything to it. I will be daily driving the sucker and will occasionally go to the strip on the weekends

i have a complete 80e swap for sale...new yank converter like mightymouse has
80e
yank stall
crossmember
ds yoke
also have an fittings for the trans and lines to go with it

i will ship it...pm me
