I did not weigh, but just installed a CAT flexplate and it looked like a solid piece.

Question

I e-mailed c.a.t. and got a response of "about 9 lbs" so I am wondering how much rotational weight I would be adding by getting the c.a.t. piece over a 98-00 flexplate.

Stock piece id prolly 4 lbs. CAT is like twice as heavy. Its worth it IMO.
