Default builders help please!! 4l60e problem

ok so this is the third time i have been into this tranny in about 6 weeks. it is a basic rebuild with a transgo shift kit.

first build it worked great for about 2 days then i lost OD and it started hunting for gears. then it threw a 1-2 solenoid code so i pulled the vb and fixed the code but still no OD. so i pulled the tranny and found the 3-4 clutches burned up (Z pack and they jumped out like snakes in a can when i pulled the snap ring) and a stuck 3-4 4-3 valve in the tranny. put it back in and had OD 1 time and 1 time only. everything else was fine so i drove it for about 2 weeks and it threw another code and went into limp mode. decided to pullit again and found the 3-4 clutches burned again and there was also NO fluid behind the 4th apply servo. so i started looking real hard and when i air checked the input drum i noticed it leaking arround the shaft where it presses into the drum. it kind of bubbles when the forward and the overrun are checked but when i air check 3-4 it blows out like old faithful.
i was sure this has been my problem so i set it aside and pulled a drum from another tranny and it is doing the same thing but did not blow off like the first one did at the 3-4 apply it only bubbled. is this normal or do i have some screwed up drums?
please help i am starting to pull my hair out.

The input drum is no good. The drum either cracks or the splines get eating up. Either way the drum needs to get replaced.
